Dear Ex-colleague, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our friendly and inspiring work atmosphere. First, we are sad to hear that you perceived our CEO’s as “changing his mind often”. We can assure that this is not the case, as our CEO has a clear direction for the firm going forward. When you were with us, the firm underwent a massive change from brick-and-mortar office to a virtual office with the team working from home and the IT being in the cloud. That meant that many matters had to adapt to this change, and we all were confronted with new challenges on a daily basis. Regarding feedback from you, prior to assigning work to you, we have surveyed our existing staff members. They have confirmed that they do not see this as an issue that needs improvement. This has changed under the new environment.. We have introduced a number of performance based bonuses, both personal and team based.
