great to hear that you see the advantages of working with us! And yes, we have no plans whatsoever to return to a brick-and-mortar office. Martin

Pros

Fast changing pace, lots of challenges, a perfect enviroment for capable and innovative personalities who can see and understand the goal and are willing to give it their all. Focused on results.

Cons

You need a thick skin and a good head on your shoulders and you need to be able to see the big picture. It's (almost) never easy and if you're easily offended or take things personally, it might be best to shop around somewhere else. Focused on results.

thank you for your feedback. Yes, almost one year after you left your comments, we have found better ways for determining early whether people are a good fit for the team. It all boils down to being motivated by success and being a self-starter and a self-learner. Martin Schweiger

Dear Ex-colleague, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We are very happy that you like our flexible working arrangement and the work from home. We would appreciate it even more if you could have shared more details about your time with us, since we can only address what has been written here. In any case, let us comment on your points. We are sorry to hear that you felt a sense of disorganization and a lack of trust. It is very likely that our recent reorganization from a traditional into a virtual firm might have caused certain disruptions that affected you. As you know, we have since 2018 been transitioning our work processes to the cloud. We have in the meantime reached a stabilisation phase of fully remote work, that we all feel is the ‘new normal’. We apologize for any inconvenience due to the shift to cloud, but we are also proud that we made it happen and that we are now successfully operating as a virtual firm. Your criticism on the lack of trust has touched us, especially since we are strong believers in a unified team approach based on trust. We have not previously heard this criticism from others. Can you tell us more about the specific incidences that gave you this impression, so that we can further investigate? Please email us at hr@trademarks-patents.com Finally, we would like to thank you very much for taking your time to prepare this review. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the advantages of our virtual firm, such as flexibility and the ability to work from home, and we hope that you are doing well where you are working now.
