Dear Ex-colleague, Thanks for taking time to write a review for our firm. We really appreciate what we have read, and simply wonder why it’s 3 stars and not 4 since it really reads like a 4 star evaluation! We fully understand that the reorganization of our company into a fully virtual firm has certainly caused a “spanner in the works”, but we can confirm that our digital transformation has been successfully established. Thank you for sharing your view that challenges us on the limits of automation; however, we strongly believe in automation to steadily improve our processes. We fully agree that there will always be processes where human interaction is needed—our goal is to identify those and tackle the remaining ones where we can profit from automation. Thanks also for highlighting our search for people who are willing to go the extra mile. We are in the process of building a high performing team and we fully agree that we are looking for people who are motivated to challenge the status quo and improve the company on a daily basis.
