Dynamic company with a solid foundation in what they do

Pros

- There is much to learn from the people working at S&P, as they are highly experienced and technical in the area of IP law - The company culture is friendly and inclusive. Colleagues are very open and willing to help and/or teach. - The management team is dynamic, and willing to try out new things to improve the company as a whole, in all aspects.

Cons

- It can be difficult to ask for pay adjustments. Having said that, it is not impossible to get and management is quite open to having these discussions relating to a fair remuneration package.

Pros

- Work time can be flexible - Good for obtaining experience - Great exposure to learning more about Intellectual Property

Cons

- The pay can be rather stagnant. - As it is an SME, there are limited manpower and resources, thus the job distribution can be rather "non-widespread." As in, the staffs can have "too much things on his plate."

Pros

Friendly colleagues and boss. Central office. Fair to clients and pipeline of interesting work.

Cons

Lack of diversity. No career growth opportunities. Small, old office. Lack of professionalism in work. For an innovation focused business, lacks proper tech infrastructure for a law firm. Low staff retention. Extremely low pay and annual leave (key reason I left).
