Great working environment for one to learn and grow!

Pros

Can wear multiple hats - if you are willing to work hard and take on responsibility, you can learn many things and gain valuable experience Friendly and supportive colleagues - good work culture and the staff here will treat you as part of the family

Cons

Sometimes, it may feel like there is a gap between Management and the staff. It is easy to feel disconnected and out of the loop.

Good place to get a good exposure and foundation in IP law practice

Very forgiving and tolerant, willing to accommodate for developing the best of one's potential in the IP services industry. Strong emphasis on quality of work, with shared accountability by fellow staff members for deliverables to client.

Cons

Unstructured coordination of work scope within the substantive work/production team, resulting in unchecked redundancy of work effort by the time of billing to client.

Pros

Since my last review, major changes have happened: - company has adopted a transparent and lucrative bonus system - company has now a management level with more responsibilities and career opportunities - clear job descriptions for almost every position - regular surveys among employees about perceived energy, value for customer and future - senior management does regular 1-2-1 meetings with every employee - computer system has been upgraded to modern standard - part-time work was always possible, but now there is also work from home possible - firm was several times awarded as a successful service provider in 2018 and 2019

Cons

I can see where the firm goes but it is so slow. We need more people, but nothing happens.
