      Good pay for the area. Lunch of Fridays is always informative. They do a good job of making feel involved in the company.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for suggestions. A lot of managers are a bit overbearing and micromanage.

      Nice and smart colleagues. Good facility, ESOP. The company has a program to leverage your career and sponsor your education. Its a good place for international employees, the company apply for GC after 2 years since H1b

      Cons

      Low starting salary. Pullman is boring without society activities. Snow and windy in winter. The quality of apartments in Pullman is very low. Rental prices are expensive,too

      Open and honest company, tends to share what they know with the employees. When the company is doing well the company will occasionally give extra paydays.

      Cons

      High standard of quality in the company means that there can sometimes be a lot of pressure put on employees to do well. There is a lot of pride in work to be had in the products SEL releases, but stress can be an issue.
