      It was the best opportunity in Pullman, being the second largest employer next to the university.

      Cons

      Lot's of micromanaging, very dated in their management practices. Limiting themselves by keeping their employees from taking risks and their beuracratic process structure. Th best example of this are the people they have in leadership and their ability to float along...
