Pros
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories has a great emphasis on personal growth and provides many training opportunities. The company is growing at a phenomenal rate and everyone benefits from the new job opportunities that are constantly opening. SEL provides a great benefits package including an employee stock option retirement program. SEL has a great commitment to quality and we are always working to improve our existing and new products, to exceed our customers' expectations.
Cons
SEL provides very little time off which is kind of a downer. Only 6 holidays are recognized per year and vacation time is minimal. SEL also has a tendency to take resources away from important products to work on frivolous projects.
