      Pros

      The ESOP program is great. Friday Lunches are a fantastic way to disseminate information out to the company. Medical benefits are pretty decent and the availability of an onsite clinic and gym are good.

      Cons

      Many jobs require far too much time in the office when measured against compensation and recognition. Nepotism is rampant. It's difficult to "get away" from work due to the small community where the company is located.

      Good talent pool. Lots to learn and room to grow. Not shy about doling out responsibility.

      Cons

      Very demanding at times and difficult to keep a work life balance. The company has grown so fast they must take care not to lose the culture.
