      Pros

      If you work hard, show up on time, try to learn everything you can as quickly as you can, and have a good attitude, you will succeed in this company. Having a good bit of integrity, as well as a willingness to do some menial work from time to time, you will be alright.

      Cons

      There's a large amount of nepotism within the company. But it's not noticeable at the entry level, and doesn't affect the workplace.

      SEL is an amazing place to work. Great people. Great products. Great Leadership. The ESOP is unbelievably good.

      If you live in Pullman its a bit of a drive to Lowe's.
