Pros
Great company to work for, I was happiest there in over 30 years of working. Real values, including expecting individuals to be conscientiously committed to the common good and the company vision. Great mission and constant focus on executing it. Management is trained and employees are encouraged to become managers. Company is focused on professional growth of employees and long-term satisfaction.
Cons
Very slow to make some decisions. Various verticals create some siloed processes. Upper management doesn't always get the complete picture and there is an over-emphasis on risk avoidance.
