      Pros

      Having on onsite gym is cool, benefits are good. Onsite daycare sounds like a good idea but they charge on arm and a leg for it.

      Cons

      The way manufacturing employees are treated is horrible. Work life balance is non existent. Compensation isn't as good as they make it sound. Cannot in good consience recommend this place to anyone.

      Pros

      Nice benefits. They don't outway the bullying and harassment from supervisors and managers. Administration is removed from connections on the floor. This disconnect allows bullying.

      Cons

      So many to discuss. HR does not remedy complaints that come from the plant workers. They listen and don't make changes. Managers are unmonitored and allowed to oppress workers and prevent progression in advancements if they don't like you. Line leads are not monitored and tend to gang up on an employee that doesn't fit in. Training is considered a 'gift' or reward for an employee. If you are not liked you are not trained. Bullying and viscious competition is not reeled in. HR knows of these things and does react to change these situations. High turn over is because of these issues.

      Pros

      Decent pay, easy to move up management, good start if you have nowhere else to go

      Cons

      Overtime and weekends are a must-work (in order for higher ups to notice you) and weekends become mandatory anyways (usually)
