      Pros

      Small company feel, outstanding values, 100% employee owned, amazing benefits including on-site health care. Brilliant opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Performance doesn't seem to affect promotions as much as tenure or experience does. Fairly small town. People used to big cities may not like the quiet so much. No big malls.

      Fast paced work flow. Great benefits. Intelligent atmosphere for creating.

      Cons

      As with any company this one comes with a high amount of social deviants and rank climbers. The company itself is solid. Unfortunately, these closed minded people make up over half of SEL employees.
