      Great products and documentation. R & D department very productive.

      Management is of sync with manufacturing floor. Review process meaningless and therefore promotions based on management whims.

      Pros

      ESOP, flexible, family atmosphere. Everyone who works here is invested with the company and enjoys working there. Friday lunch is a catered lunch every Friday where all details of company are explained.

      Cons

      Job can be very monotonous, and there is not a lot of room for growth with some of the positions. Can be tough if you're not an engineer.
