      Pros

      Decent communication (weekly company-wide catered lunch), had the freedom to do what needed to be done to ensure quality instead of just meet deadlines, good coworkers, good work culture.

      Poor vertical and inter-division communication, less than competitive pay, long hours in some divisions

      Pros

      Good pay for the area. Lunch of Fridays is always informative. They do a good job of making feel involved in the company.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for suggestions. A lot of managers are a bit overbearing and micromanage.

      Pros

      The people that work there are generally very kind and willing to help. As an intern there were many opportunities to take responsibility and learn a lot about business processes.

      Cons

      The pay is not very competitive. It seems that the company is too process-oriented and sometimes forgets the real purpose behind the process. Therefore, the strict process/rule following was a little frustrating to me.
