Pros

Great technology company that is driven by customer focus and doing the right thing for the customer and its employees. I have worked at several places but this is a unique company where the management solicits feedback from employees and really listens to their feedback. Lots of great things happened based on feedback. Childcare center, health center and gym are few recent examples. This company is now in a very good place because the president focuses on solving technical problems and innovating and the new CEO excels at operations and business. Great times ahead!!

Cons

I think the challenge is growing leaders with the growth of the company and providing them the tools to succeed. I think the leadership realizes this.

Great camaraderie and you get to work with very smart and knowledgeable people, the new management has great focus and the future looks bright

Cons

Very few, but it can get very demanding and stressful sometimes, benefits could be better, especially health insurance and esop is the only retirement available
