Tough place for talented women who want to advance very high. Company has done well historically, but too many top positions are held by locals with no outside experience or perspective - lack the skills to take the company to the next level. Definitely a good ol' boys club atmosphere at the higher levels. Management talks like they want feedback, but only when they ask for it - on their terms. Not really open to hearing a different perspective than their own.

Same as everywhere else. May not be as bad but some seem to get away with a lot more than others.
