      Horrible HR recruiter

      Pros

      Good benefits, ok place to work once you get through the awful recruitment process. The training is good and I like the people I work with.

      Cons

      The HR recruiter for manufacturing is rude and unprofessional. She almost made me decide not to continue the process. When I would try to touch base with her I would get curt rude phone calls or emails back.

      Pros

      I was an intern here at SEL during my college career. They put so much emphasis on taking care of their employees and providing you with a happy and safe work environment. If I could have stayed on full time after the end of my internship, I definitely would have!

      Hard to work for at entry levels

      Pros

      The friday lunch was great, and there is a sense of caring for employees.

      Cons

      It was very difficult to work an entry level job on the manufacturing floor. Constant overtime with inflexible hours and unexpected weekends, so making plans was difficult. I felt there was little opportunity to advance and very limited opportunities (within the extremely regimented work), despite what they said.
