      Fantastic company full of people truly passionate about what we do, excellent benefits and no lay-offs.

      Cons

      Manufacturing has poor management that can struggle with favoritism and "behind the back" moves on people they don't like.

      Very secretive. They want to work as if they are in National Security and are very paranoid.
