      Pros

      Great company and they really respect the employees opinions. Very little is hidden from the employees since it is employee owned and they do a great job of acknowledging those who put in the effort to advance in their career.

      Cons

      Disconnect between product teams leading to confusion and a lot of overhead learning new technologies and becoming a valuable contributor to major systems.

      SEL really is the best in the biz

      Pros

      SEL has a culture of innovation, and although the company has gone through some massive growth spurts, they remain fairly nimble. The people are fantastic, and executive management spends time with all levels of the company to answer questions, and share how the company is performing. Weekly lunch is provided and presentations are shared with the entire company discussing our business.

      Cons

      In my time at SEL, no big cons have presented themselves. I'm an SEL promoter!
