      Pros

      For many students Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is a place for gaining some experience. The pay is not so good as far as I can tell, but you can move on from here.

      Cons

      Low pay. Isolated community. Nasty winters. If you buy a house you may be here a while. May be a career staller for more experienced people.

      Employer seems to welcome your full abilities and gives you the freedom to create.

      Cons

      Dishonest in the setting of salary. Really pulled a nasty trick on me when hired, as a result I'm making less than I did 12 years ago at a lesser job. I was desperate so I took the job, but the stunt they pulled was very dishonorable. I did even realize the full extent of their sneakiness until recently. I'll give them six months and if they don't come through with a proper salary I look elsewhere.
