Pros
The company is well respected as a contractor and generally treats their employees well. There are many events for employees to attend to show appreciation and be able to relax with coworkers.
Cons
There are limited opportunities for professional growth. Certain managers are much more likely to ignore accomplishments than others. Other managers are practically non-existant. Recent changes in senior management appear to be enforcing a greater separation between employees and management. The job can be very boring at times and management is poor at assigning tasks.
