The worst executive management I’ve ever witnessed. Good, knowledgeable, hard workers getting cut left and right so that cheaper, less knowable workers could take their workload and then some without any kind of pay raise or proper training. Higher ups are not open to feedback or hearing out concerns, but rather place a target on the backs of anyone who dares disagree with them. Numerous people work double shifts without any kind of compensation and will still get yelled at for not ‘doing enough’. Any good reviews in recent years is a result of management pushing workers to leave fake positive reviews for the sake of salvaging a ruined image. Reputation starts from the top. Change your ways and show some decency and respect towards your workers… then you will see this company recover.
