      Pros

      Great leadership all the way to the top. Competitive compensation plus bonus and flexible time off (unlimited at manager's discretion). Great team of people that really care about providing the best service and doing what's right for the customer. It's all about the customer journey! Engineering is responsive to support needs and often offer to jump on a call with the customer. I can't say enough good things about this company!

      401k match isn't really competitive.

      -comp plan is substantial -friendly coworkers willing to help you out -lots of happy hours/ activities to enjoy outside of the workplace -strong leadership -your voice is heard here

      Pros

      Innovative and dynamic work culture. I get to work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and leadership teams. Company is open-minded and adaptive to transformation and changes, as "be bold" is one of our core values. Employees actively engage in effective communication through Outlook, Teams, and Slack; transparency is strongly encouraged, very rarely the necessary stakeholders are left out of the loop. I truly enjoy working with the people at ScienceLogic and looking forward to growing with the company!

      Cons

      Not much con really, but larger cube spaces would be ideal!
