Pros

I've worked here for over 4 years and have worked on several challenging projects that have had a big impact on our customers and our product. Our CEO is passionate and cares about the people here, and he is one of the reasons I have stayed. My managers have been both supportive and encouraging to help me achieve my goals. I've had more opportunities here than I ever would have at a large company.

Cons

We have grown really fast and there have been a lot of changes over the years. If you don't like change or need more structure, you may not like a small company like Sciencelogic.

Amazing company culture that promotes learning and efficient teamwork. Helpful, friendly, and hard-working employees - felt welcome immediately. Lots of free food (occasional catered lunches, snacks, drinks, etc.). Great work environment with multiple opportunities to de-stress. Flexibility on vacations.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to resist all the free food.
