Pros

A company culture of nerdiness, fun, and improvement. We are not perfect, but we are always looking to improve. People go above and beyond, and are working hard to built an excellent customer experience, and a product you cannot find anywhere else. Unlimited time off, flexible schedules, great benefits, what's not to love?

Cons

New experiences and growth are up to you. The individual performance review process is still basic and sometimes an after-thought.

Innovative and dynamic work culture. I get to work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and leadership teams. Company is open-minded and adaptive to transformation and changes, as "be bold" is one of our core values. Employees actively engage in effective communication through Outlook, Teams, and Slack; transparency is strongly encouraged, very rarely the necessary stakeholders are left out of the loop. I truly enjoy working with the people at ScienceLogic and looking forward to growing with the company!

Cons

Not much con really, but larger cube spaces would be ideal!
