      - Strategic vision: Company has done a masterful job of anticipating and re-directing the business towards the up-and-coming market opportunity now known as AIOPs from a marketing, product vision and overall pivoting of the business to address this hot space. - Restructuring, modernizing and professionalizing the sales force: The sales organization has been effectively re-built from the ground up thanks to the current sales leadership team, has amazing talent and is poised to take advantage of the market leading with basically a brand-new enterprise focus and go-to-market plan built around MSPs and global systems integrators. - Addition of great new leadership talent in product marketing, support and customer success: New leaders are helping to transform the business in a very positive way.

      Cons

      - Overcoming sins of the past has been challenging on the sales, support and product sides, but progress has been significant. More to do. - Controls are still a bit loose - expected of a small, private company, but need to address given growth and strategic plans. Some progress over the last year or so, more to do.
