Pros

Lots of marketing that sounds good but ultimately very hollow. Nice people but not very welcoming to newbies or remote workers.

Cons

Product is terrible. Customers not buying the marketing hype of AIOps (there's no AI to be found in this company). Management is clueless and have been smelling their own f@rts for so long they think it's perfume. Sales is a revolving door of morons who can't sell their way out of a wet paper bag. Account executives supposedly have decades of experience and fat rolodexes but can't seem to get meetings and deals are frequently lost because the product doesn't work and is too complicated. They hired a bunch of people a year ago in anticipation of a new product launch then realized the product wasn't ready then laid everybody off. The company can't spell the word "strategy".

Pros

Great people to work with. Everyone is challenged to do their best. Their core values are so cool and everyone thrives to incorporate in their work life (Be Bold, Create Wow, Be Nerdy, You Matter, Empower Success). Lots of flexibility and great work life balance. Superb products, amazing customers and partners. I am not sure why there are some people who classify challenges as problems... pls folks, grow up and really look at how lucky you are to work here :)

Cons

Maybe too much food available.... and perhaps some employees take the unlimited time off too much to heart

Pros

-Management cares to develop their employees - goal setting is laid out into actionable items and the company takes steps to ensure you have access to the appropriate resources. -Teamwork oriented environment. -Company takes their core values seriously - environment of employee recognition and appreciation that takes form via You Matter Breakfasts, shout outs on Namely, and direct recognition by leadership. -Flexible - as a single mom I am always a little stressed out about corporate rigidity and presence expectations. There are no such issues here and everyone is extremely accommodating with regards to school events, child illnesses, doctor appointments, etc. Obviously there are deadlines, but your team works with your schedule and it's fantastic! -Employees are approachable, helpful, and friendly. -Management values and incorporates new ideas and upward feedback.

Cons

-Not as structured - the Company is has only ~350 employees so it's not as structured as the larger corporations I've worked for. Management is aware of this and has been making progress in refining processes and applying controls and defining roles and responsibilities. It's also been exciting to take on varied work.

Thank you for your feedback! Our Values are guideposts for how we behave and interact with one another - and it's great to see how widely they have been embraced by you and the organization and how they really do influence our daily interactions and , more broadly, our corporate culture. We are also very fortunate to have a well-respected leader in Dave Link, who sets the tone you describe above. You quite accurately describe the challenges ahead for us as we continue to grow - I think you'll agree that ScienceLogic see challenges as opportunities to be seized and that you are part of a team that's EMPOWERED to succeed!! Thank you, again, for your feedback.
