Pros

Amazing people and co-workers. Helpful, knowledgeable people willing and able to help. It feels like the company cares, even from a remote position. The fact the board members (not just one, all of them) have open meetings for the whole company to join and ask questions, I have never heard of a company doing this. Managers care and not only my immediate manager, with in months of hiring my department head scheduled a one on one just to check-in in a non-pressure environment.

Cons

High Learning curve. This makes training very difficult, not that the training is lacking but it is impossible to fit such a complex product in such short time. Being welling to learn and grow will help you adjust. Customer pressure with sensitive issues. I work a customer facing position and people are people, the good part of this is that I only work with IT professionals, which makes them more understanding but everyone has their own pressures at work.

Pros

MGMT I can't say enough good things about my management. My mgmt understands work-life balance and treat me as a valuable resource not to be exploited but to be grown and invested in. Benefits are good especially unlimited PTO

Cons

The HRA requires receipts for everything which is a hassle.

White. Male. Republican.

Pros

The company is growing. Lots of opportunities--especially if you are a white male. Insurance is expensive but very good. Unlimited vacation days.

Cons

-98% white male republican. If you are not a white male, they will want to take your picture so they can post it publically to appear to be a diverse company. Which they are not. -The 401K match is only 25%--way below the industry average. -The company culture is non-existent. -Limited growth opportunities--especially if you are a remote employee. -Salary is average. If you are an engineer, you can get paid way more elsewhere. -They expect you to have large team meetings in the middle of a pandemic. And no one wears a mask inside. Even if a team member has a compromised immune system. -Brown nosing is more important than your work quality.
