      • Friendly, creative, intelligent workforce • Never a dull or boring day • Always opportunities to take on new responsibilities • Managers really care about your performance and growth but also your work life balance • Don’t need to bring lunch most days

      • Some legacy employees are resistant to change • Workforce could be more diverse, age, ethnicity, men/women, ect

      -Smart, genuine, and friendly people -Management/Supervisors encourage feedback, highly transparent -Awesome culture and work/life balance, remote-friendly -You have the ability to make a big impact in a fast growing company, with great freedom comes great responsibility!

      Casual and rewarding work environment. The CEO is one of the best motivators I have every worked for.
