Management is above average when it comes to taking care of employees, particularly when it comes to work-life balance.

Cons

Management often succumbs to unreasonable customer demands, even when there is little to no benefit to the company. Having said that, it must be noted that when these situations arise it is generally recognized that management owns those decisions along with the consequences.

Local VA software company with lots of engineering opportunities. some good people.

Cons

A lot of people trying hard to make the best of it. Most people in the company are busy but not motivated, and the rest just do whatever they want. Lots of people in the company are waiting for something better. too much conflict between managers that need to work better together. Poor sales.
