      Pros

      Well funded and attracting new leadership and talent to help with next phase of growth. CEO is empathetic and truly provides a "soul" to the company. Plenty of appetite all over to question status quo and improve CX/UX. Great product and market leadership.

      Cons

      Legacy processes, system and mentality (amongst some old timers) holding back growth/modernization.

      Pros

      ScienceLogic has the freedom of a small company, but the maturity of a much larger company. The engineers are all very smart and fun to work with and Product Leadership instills a lot of confidence in the future of the product. Great culture. Truly unlimited PTO no questions asked.

      Cons

      Lack of funding towards dev resources some times.
