Some very nice people. The CEO is amazing

Cons

Lack of investment for Tech Support and Lifecycle Product Engineers to fix bugs-- just enough to get the next wiz-bang features out. CSM was a no-win job-- dumping ground for customers with little internal support.

It’s really great here. Everyone is super friendly and ready to help you succeed in your career. I’ve been here for about 3 months now and the benefits are great, really enjoy working here even remotely. They seem to care about career advancement

Cons

Cross departmental communication but the company is going through a lot of restructuring/organizational changes so it’s getting better as time goes on
