      Pros

      It's a team effort with almost everything we do and need to be involved in. The level of responsibility does not outweigh contribution level and ability to change, I have the power to make positive change. Executive mgmt is open to hearing feedback and recommendations.

      Innovative and dynamic work culture. I get to work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and leadership teams. The team is great to work with and management has been supportive of my goals and growth

      Pros

      I love the ScienceLogic Engineering Team. It is VERY responsive, which is key in supporting such a complex platform such as ours. The same could be said about the Product Management Team. ScienceLogic also provides us access to LinkedIn Learning, which is awesome as the product has so many moving parts, and having access to this allows up to improve our technical skills. Finally, I learn something new every day, so I do not have a chance to ever get "bored", which is GREAT.
