Great environment, culture. Customer focused approach is important. This company has great leadership. Both HR and IT departments are friendly and willing to help with any questions related to benefits or IT questions. HR plans several internal events such as virtual yoga, happy hours, puppy adoptions through local shelters and much more to engage employees. CEO is very approachable.

Employees come first during COVID-19. The company has really made an effort to ensure the safety of its employees and their families since March. Team members world-wide have been teleworking successfully for a while now, but we still feel connected with each other and heard by leadership. We haven't missed a beat and it is a great place to work!

Cons

Small company with expected growing pains. Perseverance is key and leadership is open and welcoming of change for the better.
