      1) Salary below market in 99% cases. 2) Ineffective and toxic management (especially resource managers) 3) Salary increases are only possible through "ultimatums". 4) The worst benefits (cheapest health insurance, no corporate events or Christmas presents, no sport compencation, etc.) 5) 0 sick days.
