1) Salary in time in US dollars. 2) Few opportinutes to grow if you junior or low middle. 3) Typical outsource company 4) Paid sick leave (only 14 days) 5) Possibility of remote work

Cons

1) Salary below market in 99% cases. 2) Ineffective and toxic management (especially resource managers) 3) Salary increases are only possible through "ultimatums". 4) The worst benefits (cheapest health insurance, no corporate events or Christmas presents, no sport compencation, etc.) 5) 0 sick days.
