Pros

Helpful, professional colleagues. Base set of bonuses: health insurance, partially compensated language courses, sport activities compensation.

Cons

Old office needs renovation. No extra bonuses, only your salary and a base number of social compensations. Company is saving on many things that other companies would never do (for example, working tables or merch). Before COVID offices were quite overcrowded.
