      Pros

      ScienceSoft is a good place for personal growth if you are willing to invest any effort into that. Management encourages gaining new skills, although you would need to demonstrate your own initiative as well.

      Cons

      ScienceSoft is mainly an outsourcing company, which brings all the common cons as opposed to a product company, like lack of concentration on a product and frequent change of projects. This depends of course, and if you're lucky to work with a long-term client you would get less of that. Senior management could be a bit detached from the usual company processes in my (very limited) experience.

      Pros

      Pretty good salaries for market. Interesting projects. Medical insurance. Company pay for certification and IT events, pay half for English courses

      Cons

      No internal training courses on regular base. No knowledge sharing practice outside the team. Usually projects are small(2-5 team members). Bad working places(sometimes air condition not work for weeks). Out of date PC's, many employees still have hdd drives.
