Nice people, interesting projects, nice social package.

Cons

Developers are involved in pre-sales activities in parallel with main projects (no dedicated pre-sales team). Office isn't very modern. Depending on the project overtimes are possible (however, they're paid).

Pretty good salaries for market. Interesting projects. Medical insurance. Company pay for certification and IT events, pay half for English courses

Cons

No internal training courses on regular base. No knowledge sharing practice outside the team. Usually projects are small(2-5 team members). Bad working places(sometimes air condition not work for weeks). Out of date PC's, many employees still have hdd drives.
