full day(2-3) stretching without sleep and weekends also we need to work no extra pay or comp.off only builds.

Work Culture is Good as its a Product company. Stress Free Work ( Depends on your project) . Free Snacks Every Day. Company Environment is good ( Filled with Casino Slot Machines). Work Life Balance. Sodexo Coupons. Friendly Managers. Short term Onsite oppurtunities ( Depends on project). Flexible Login timings. No Probation Period. Salary is more than market standards.

Cons

Location is a Constraint for some people (Located in WhiteField). No WFH facility. No Office Cabs before 9 PM ( But one can use Tech Park Bus facility).

Pros

I was an employee of SHFL who got purchased by Bally, who then got purchased by Scientific Games. Some of the perks from SHFL carried over such as free lunches quite often, drinks, snacks, etc. There was a lot of technology being used and tons of projects happening which was exciting.

Cons

The company really didn't seem to know how to deal with all of the acquisitions or what to do with the sudden influx of employees. This led to a lot of chaos, a lot of uncertainty and anxiety for everyone involved.
