Pros

1. Notice period(30 days). 2. Technologies being used. 3. Free evening snacks. 4. Above average package.

Cons

1. Micro management. 2. No work/life balance. 3. No team bonding or any sort of activities in Pune center. Neither anyone thinks of Pune as their own part. (Seems harsh, but it's true) 4. Every benefit listed before are all revoked. 5. No recreational room, only TT table is available after 6:00 PM. 6. Doesn't feel like a Product Based Anymore.

Good benefits, large company, fun work

Cons

All employees are made to feel disposable at all time and layoffs are given with no notice. Hard workers are not rewarded for their work and lazy employees are allowed to slide by.
