Pros
Loyal to workers, good leaders, was mostly prior-military when exclusively Defense Contractor -- before adding large segment of commercial side.
Cons
Small Sciolex had many great perks. Large Sciolex - nothing. No promotions, no raises, no bonuses, no cost of living increases, etc. Many high quality, coworker friends flew the coup over the years. Benefits have dried up and forced most to move on.
