Get paid a lot to push around paper, or not if you're lazy since nobody does much about it Benefits such as medical, dental, vision albeit too pricey if you expect to have dependents on it PTO, sick, and 3 personal days for clerks

Cons

Treats supervisors like cattle while the rank n file run amuck themselves No communication, lies, deceitful messaging No sexual harassment or general office decorum training Rampant sexism from the top down Corporate and Management have very different views on how to run things. Local management has been here through multiple contract changes but corporate does not trust them to do their jobs
