      Pros

      - Compensation is fair. - Time off policy seems fair, though not revolutionary. - Communication from the top down has been good despite the fact that they're brand new to the contract and have had to deal with Covid and other unforeseen roadblocks.

      Cons

      - They're brand new to the contract I am working in, and are still figuring out the ropes. It's to be expected. Covid has thrown a wrench in everything. - Sometimes seems like local HR and corporate HR are at odds. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Again, this is probably just because it's a new contract.

      Pros

      You learn how to be self-sufficient for sure, You might meet people who will make lovely friends or help progress your career (heavy on the might), There is never a shortage of work

      Cons

      Lack of support from management, no opportunities for advancement, empty promises, No hazard pay in a pandemic, no PTO till your one year anniversary, About 2 hours sick time granted every pay week, inclement weather and unscheduled days off are not paid, will be assigned work outside of your job description,

      Pros

      Hours are good that’s the only pro!

      Cons

      Pay is minimum wage and HR is TRASH! They give supervisors and manager a bonus during the pandemic but not the employees that’s working harder than management! No room for GROWTH!!!
