Pros

I feel like they invest SO much in their clientele! If you are making your availability known you WILL get work! I get a job 95% of the time. Also, I feel like you can truly build a professional rapport with these people. The more reliable you are, the more work you will receive, guaranteed. Also, the get to know you which makes Scoot more personable than your average company.

Cons

I prefer when I am contacted the day prior but I know this is not always possible.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, managed through an easy to use app, allows me to work when I want. Scoot respects my preferences regarding distance and type of assignment.

Cons

Recently switched to a clock in system, to conform with CA law. It's a bit more cumbersome than the previous process.

-Weekly Pay is Great and Convenient -If you plan to teach in the future, this job gives you the experience needed. (It's more realistic than the Teaching Internships) -Meaningful Work, Can Impact Kids & Teens lives

Cons

-Not all the staff at Campuses is friendly -Work is not consistent enough in San Antonio, Tx -Could be better if more long-term assignments were assigned
