Pros

Annual Bonus and some flight benefits but not free anyways.

Cons

Managers who are condescending and think they know it all. There are people with Ego issues and every little issues will be used against the employee. Some of them think that they’re god and people have to bow to them.

Pay is good, but the work can be exhausting, in terms of rostering and standbys and minimum rest of 18hrs before your next flight (maybe even less as you need to include your time to get home, wash-up etc, and going for flights on minimum rest is exhausting, in terms of getting ready and travel time.

Cons

constant comparisons from both internal and external customers with their big sister. you can NEVER live up to anybody's standards but just try your best
