- Ability to work on many projects with cutting edge technologies - Very flexible working hours (you can define your working hours) - Friendly and helpful staff - Transparent and fair 360 performance evaluations - Up to 30% anual increments - Well defined and documented processes to assist the work from home culture

Cons

- Idle hours time to time. But that happens rarely when you are moving from one project to another and you can always request paid trainings in such cases.

- Work remotely, in your home, without the need for a haircut. - Flexible schedule and working hours. - Great and diverse offer of projects. - Amazing people from all over the world and a great working environment. - Competitive salaries. - Overall, the company is amazing! You need to give it a try.

Cons

- Not the company's fault, but: unresponsive clients (not all of them), which usually find issues and demand immediate fixes when you're already working on something else, even when you properly respected all the project workflows. Complaining is not an option, 'the client is always right'. - Idleness time is filled with training, and what is learned usually is not used for projects so it's usually forgotten in a short time. - Difficult to find 2D/3D geometric projects due to the lack of them.
