Pros

Good for students that want to work part time.

Cons

Bad culture, treated new joiners as an outkast. Seemed like the branch was being run by a group of friends or family and they would treat new joiners very poorly and eventually squeeze you out until you break.

Pros

Great people to work with at Scotiabank. Some niche capabilities to skill sets to offer a unique learning experience to employees.

Cons

Slow to react to changing market dynamics. Reluctant to invest in new capabilities to achieve desired growth. Lacks conviction when new business models are attempted and gives up too early.
