Great people, great teams, overall an enjoyable work environment. Management does a great job at building teams with people that actually contribute to company growth. Everyone works hard, but is always enjoyable to be around.

Cons

Preformance matters. If you like to put the work in and get recognized, you'll do great. If you're looking to find a job where you can just skate by, this probably isn't it for you. Work/life balance honestly depends on the kind of role you're in. Mine is great! But it's not Scotlynn's fault that transportation is a 24/7 industry, If you're choosing to work in logistics, being available when people need you is part of the industry.
